Rules and scoring: Belote
How many points per hand?
A hand is worth 162 points (152 in cards + 10 for the last trick). Belote-rebelote adds 20 points to the team holding it. A capot is worth 252 points.
How many points is a game played to?
Usually 1000 points, sometimes 501 or 2000. Change the target in the counter settings.
What if the taker fails?
If the team that took scores less than the defence, they are “inside”: the defence scores the 162 points (plus belote if any).
